In order to help customers understand how we work, i-loveprint Co., Ltd has broken our process down into the following steps:- Customer inquiries & specifications confirmationPlease just contact us via Email, Skype and send us the specs so we will be able to provide you with a quote for the printing and shipping costs within 24 hours.
- Arranging payment & sending print-ready filesOnce you approve the quote, a proforma invoice will be provided for payment. At the same time, kindly send us final artwork files so we can start with mass production. A sample based on customers’ artwork may be provided if necessary.
- Delivery of goodsUpon completion of production, we will send pictures of finished products for quality checking. Then if all is ok, we will arrange the delivery by ship or Express (DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc).
- After-sales service i-loveprint company tries best to make sure all the goods arrive safe & sound and always devotes to built a long term business relationship as well as a win-win situation with every customer. Any problems occur during transportation or after receipt of goods will be took seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
